Quiet, Clean Tenant Looking for Pet-Friendly Place

Hi, I’m a responsible and tidy tenant currently looking for a place to rent. I’m respectful of other people’s space, keep my living area clean, and I’m reliable with rent and bills.

I also have a dog who is almost 1 year old. She is friendly and I make sure she is properly cared for and exercised. I’m a responsible pet owner and always ensure my dog does not cause any disturbance or damage I’m looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place where I can settle in and treat it like a home. I’m happy to provide references if needed and I’m respectful of neighbours and house rules, I’d prefer something like a studio but I’m always open to anything
