Hey! I’m a 22‑year‑old female studying Psychology and Criminology at UWE, and I’m looking for either a room or a buddy‑up (1–3 people) within easy reach of Frenchay campus. I’m available from mid‑May and ideally looking for a minimum 12‑month tenancy, though I’d love to find somewhere I can stay longer term.

As a housemate, I’m sociable and love creating a warm, homely environment. I’m clean, tidy, and proactive when it comes to keeping the house running smoothly. I enjoy a good balance of nights in and nights out, so I’d really like to live with people who want to be friends rather than just housemates who exchange small-talk in passing.

I’m open to living with students or professionals, and I’m flexible with furnished or unfurnished places. My budget is up to £1000 per month including bills, though I’d prefer to stay under that if possible.
