29 M after a room - I am not Fatboy Slim

Hello, I’m Archie and I’m from Manchester

I’ve lived in Aldgate East for 3 years with my best mate, he’s going to be moving in with his girlfriend so I’m looking for a room!

In between London & Manchester quite regularly, so tend to disappear from time to time

I work in creative production - my weeks are usually pretty busy with work and would like to live with professionals in a similar boat / industry. Mix of working from home, on site or in the studio - changes by the week.

Could move in for a month could be longer - open to all. Want to stay in London at least for summer and then decide somewhere long term. Double room, clean house, respectable but social room mates would be class.

Currently paying £1300, want to drop this down. £1,200 is what I’ve put as the budget but open to discuss dependent on the room.

Sociable but like my own space, got some mates in east, couple runs and workouts in the week, loves a pub, bit of red n the odd boogie

Not a regular smoker, just when I drink
