Looking for a room in house share

I’m Jess. An easygoing, young creative professional after a room in a house share. My preference is for a double room but that isn’t a need, which wouldn’t have to be fully furnished as I can bring some of my own belongings.

I’m social able when needed, but can also be independent and respectful of other people’s spaces, and so I wouldn’t be in your way.

My job is hybrid, and so I’m flexible when it comes to how much I would be around. I’m a friendly and kind person, so no trouble would be caused
Budget is ideally £800pcm maximum, including bills.
