Hi there,

I’m a professional engineer working in the semiconductor industry, currently based in Edinburgh, and I’m looking for a room in Manchester for 1 nights per week (typically weekdays) as I commute for work.

A bit about me:
- Full-time engineer in a stable role within the semiconductor industry
- Clean, tidy, and very respectful of other people’s space
- Quiet and low-impact – I’ll mostly be working, resting, and heading back to Edinburgh
- Non-smoker, no pets

Because I’ll only be staying a couple of nights each week, I’m a very easy and unobtrusive lodger—ideal if you have a spare room that’s not in constant use and would like some extra income without a full-time tenant.
