Looking for friendly queer house april/may

Hi I'm Athwynne, 26, nonbinary.
Hoping to find a room within walking distance of the centre.
Ideally queer flatmates who are up for socialising every now and then.
I am tidy and try not to make too much noise.
I have quite a few plants and a couple of small aquariums that I'd love to get running space permitting, and I can furnish my own room if need be.
