Hello! We are a quiet, reliable couple looking for a self-contained studio, a 1-bedroom flat, or a high-spec ensuite room in a shared house.
Why we are the perfect tenants:
No Red Tape: As we are here on a visitor basis, we are looking for a simple, inclusive "Short Let" or "Lodger" agreement.
Guaranteed Rent: We have our budget set aside and can pay the full stay upfront if that helps secure the right "all-in" deal.
Low Maintenance: We don’t smoke, have no pets, and pride ourselves on keeping a clean living space.
What we need: A reliable Wi-Fi connection, a TV, a kitchenette or full kitchen, and a peaceful environment.
