Chef | Full-time work | Easygoing & tidy

Hi, I’m Jacob – a full-time chef currently working at the Shaftesbury Pub in Richmond.

I’m looking for a room before summer as I’m planning to relocate somewhere with good transport links, and most importantly a calm and stable environment. I’m ready to move ASAP – the sooner the better.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I keep to myself but I’m friendly and get along well with others. My schedule is heavily work-focused, so I’m often out and keep things quiet at home.

I’m reliable with rent and take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy. I do smoke, but I’m mindful and respectful of house rules. No pets.

Ideally looking for something long-term, but I’m flexible. I don’t currently have formal references, but previous workplaces and pubs I’ve worked at would be happy to vouch for me.

Budget: £500–£850 (depending on the place).
