Creative/relaxed room in North or East London

The basics:
I’m 33, South African (been living in London for almost 3 years now), I work in executive search for the charity sector (WFH 4 days a week), but my background is in the arts.

I'd love a house with a garden or a patio, and would LOVE some space in the common areas for painting or creative projects.

Very keen on a set cleaning rota and all contributing to communal cleaning products, toilet paper etc.

Currently don't own any furniture, but where there is a will there is a way!

The good stuff:
I love painting, drawing, and sewing. I’m pretty good at mending clothes and DIY
I love a movie nights but also value my privacy and going for long solitary walks in the park. Love a good rave but equally love a crossword or team puzzle.

More deets:
I’m a vegetarian, non smoker. I come with a cool bath mat, a label maker, and some quality memes.
