Italian professional seeking room Cambridge

Hi everyone!

I’m a 31-year-old Italian professional currently living and working in Cambridge. I have a full-time permanent role in the tech sector and I’m looking for a long-term room in a friendly and respectful house share.

I’m ideally looking to move between the 1st and 13th of April. My preferred area is around CB1 / the station, but I’m open to other parts of the city for the right place. My budget is up to £1000 per month.

A bit about me:
I’m sociable, tidy and easy-going. I enjoy having a chat or sharing a beer with housemates from time to time, but I also respect personal space and quiet time. I often spend time outside the house, and I occasionally work from home.

In my free time I enjoy travelling and sports, and I’m always happy to meet new people and build a friendly atmosphere at home.

What I’m looking for:
• Friendly housemates (ideally professionals, up to around 40 years old)
• Ensuite would be a plus, but not essential
