Looking for Somewhere Chili

I’m a 31 year old Facilities Manager (I manage and undertake commercial property maintenance and refurbishment for a collection of recording studios, offices and bars), looking to move out of my current place any time from 26th April to 4th May. I am also a multi-disciplinary artist (I have a film degree, play in two bands and I make artwork) I like hanging out but, I’m also very content to chill on my own. Monday to Friday I tend to work 7am til 5pm, so I’m up early but, I tend to just grab some stuff from the fridge and head straight out. I’m not big on parties because I’m up early every day but, have close friends whom I like to have over in groups of 1 or 2 people at a time to watch a movie or play Mario kart. Generally, I’m pretty flexible and easy-going and I try my best to communicate with people directly and openly.

I don’t smoke but, don’t mind if housemates do, Plant and LGBT+ friendly. Lifelong vegetarian.
