Quiet, respectful professional seeking a room

I’m a reliable and considerate individual working in the heritage/media sector, looking for a comfortable room in a friendly household.

My only requirement is that I need enough space in my room for a small desk and a reasonable internet connection, so I can undertake freelance work remotely.

I value a calm living environment and am considerate of others’ space. Non-smoker, no pets, and happy to help keep shared areas well-maintained. Ideally looking for a place with good transport links. Open to both short and medium-term options. I'm intending to travel a lot during the spring/summer, so I won't always be around the house. I'm a New Zealander who has been living in Cornwall for the last three years.

My interests include history, nature, hiking, reading, and films.
