📅 Move-in: Feb/Mar (flexible, not in a huge rush)
🧭 Area: Ideally South/East London as my office is near Old Street. I’m flexible as long as the commute is under 1 hour. North is a bonus as family are in Herts.
💷 Budget: £600–£1,000 (ideally bills included)
🛁 Bathrooms: Very keen on an en suite or at least a place with multiple bathrooms
🚗 Parking: A strong preference as I have a car (off-street or permit parking both work)

👩🏾🍳 I love cooking and baking (sticky toffee pudding one day, curry goat the next) so a usable kitchen is a must
