Furnished room wanted

Hi im looking for a room that I can rent in a quiet house, im on universal credit but the housing benefit can be paid directly to the landlord.
I am a tidy person and and lm looking for a furnished single or double room with en-suite shower room not bath.
I will accept a room on maximum 2nd floor.
I am a non smoker, I don’t don’t do illegal drugs and don’t drink alcohol.
I don’t mind if there are dogs and or cats living in the house as I was brought up with pets around me. I am a friendly person and a committed Christian.
