Doctor (St Mary’s) Seeking Clean, Like-Minded Flat

Hi! I’m a doctor looking to buddy up with the right flatmate(s) to find a place near St Mary’s Hospital (Paddington, Notting Hill, or nearby areas). Ideally aiming to move as soon as possible, around March or early April.

I’ll be working in plastic surgery at St Mary’s from 1st April for six months. My rota is quite variable (late finishes, nights, and some weekends), so I really value a calm, respectful home environment.

I’m very clean and take pride in keeping shared spaces, especially the kitchen and bathroom, tidy and well looked after. I’m easy-going and sociable, but also respectful of personal space. I tend to keep noise low (headphones over speakers), and appreciate living with people on a similar wavelength.

Outside of work, I’m into the gym, exploring good food spots around London and travelling abroad. I also have a strong interest in AI, healthcare technology and improving healthcare systems.

I’m ideally looking to buddy up with one or two like-minded professionals to find a 2–3 bed place with good-sized rooms (double beds). Being close to a gym and a supermarket would be a big plus.

Budget is around £1,500 pcm (ideally including bills, but flexible for the right place and people).
