Professional Couple Seeking Long-Term Flat

Hi, I’m a second-year Software Engineering student about to start a 12-month professional placement near Hook from July.

I’m looking for a 1-bed flat or studio in Basingstoke (or nearby with good transport links), ideally from late May or June for a long-term stay.

I will be moving with my partner, and we are looking for our own self-contained place (not a house share). We are both clean, respectful, non-smokers, and easy to live with.

I can provide my official placement offer letter as proof of income, and we are happy to offer a guarantor or pay rent upfront if required.

We are reliable and looking for a comfortable, quiet place for the duration of my placement.
