Looking to buddy up for a modern apartment

I’m a professional working remotely, but I travel quite a bit for both work and leisure (around 40 flights in the last year and ~170 nights in hotels), so I’m looking for someone reliable and trustworthy.

I’ve also got a kitten I rescued from Colombia, she’s 5 months old, very well behaved and easy to look after. Ideally I’d want someone who’s happy to keep an eye on her when I’m away.

I like having a good setup at home, somewhere clean, modern and comfortable that actually feels nice to live in, not just somewhere to sleep.

I’m quite big on lifestyle, I go to the gym regularly, enjoy having good food, and generally keep things organised. I also like things being clean, so ideally we’d be on the same page and split a cleaner to keep the place in good shape. Easygoing day-to-day, sometimes keep to myself, but also social and up heading out now and then.

Definitely more of a night owl than an early riser.
