Postgrad student (29) looking for room in Oxford

Hi, I’m Jonas, a postgraduate student from Germany. I’ll be coming to Oxford for a six-month research internship as part of my Master’s in Biochemistry at the Technical University of Munich.

I’ll start on 1 September and stay at least until 28 February. As this placement will be the final part of my studies, I’m planning to apply for a PhD afterwards. If I find a position in Oxford, I’d be happy to stay longer.

I’m an easygoing, tidy and respectful flatmate with several years of experience living in shared flats. During the week I’ll probably spend long hours in the lab, but I enjoy having a chat or cooking together in the evening. On weekends I’d love to explore Oxford, go for a coffee or do something together if anyone is up for it.

In my free time I enjoy jogging, going to the gym and I recently started playing badminton again.
