Professional seeking 1-month room in SE1

Hi, I’m looking for a temporary room from mid-April for around 1 month, ideally with the possibility to extend if my house purchase takes longer than expected. I'm flexible with the dates but I'd need something by 15th April.

I’m currently in the process of buying my first home, but as anyone who has dealt with solicitors may know, timelines can become a bit unpredictable. I had hoped for a smooth move from one place to the next, but I’ve instead found myself in temporary-accommodation territory while the legal side catches up.

A bit about me: I’m a software engineer working in the videogame industry, and I’m friendly, respectful, tidy, and easygoing. I work from home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so the main things I need are a single or double bed, a desk or table to work from, and a good internet connection. A washing machine would also be very appreciated.

I’m quite frugal and not looking for anything fancy, just a calm and practical place to stay during this in-between period. I love music and cinema, although lately those have been slightly replaced by emails, documents, and waiting for updates from solicitors. Hopefully normal life will resume soon.
