Looking for a bungalow or bottom floor flat

I am looking for a bottom floor flat or bungalow for my grandmother to move into, she has multiple references if needed. She has a pug that acts as a service dog helping her with depression that is house trained and always stays with her. She is clean and loved to cook but isn’t too confident when she’s alone but if your living with her she would love to make you food.
