Looking for a room to rent

I am writing to enquire about the availability of rental property. I am currently living in a three-bedroom house, which I had been sharing with friends. However, as they have recently moved to a different city, I am now looking for a more affordable place that I can manage on my own. I am a full-time contracted professional, currently working as a Manager in a Hotel, in Conwy County. I have a stable income and can provide references if required. I am ideally looking for a property with atleast a minimum tenancy of one year and a reasonable rent that would allow me to save money while maintaining a comfortable living arrangement.
