Full time pofessional seeks room

Hello! I am a 25 year old (female) full time working professional.

I am hoping for a 12 month contract (with the possibility of renewing) if available and a move in date around the week commencing 20/04/26. Anything mid - late April is preferred. My budget is £850, under £800 and bills included is ideal.

A little about me:

I moved to Bath for university, studying Fine Art. I have lived here for 7 years now and I love it here. I enjoy canal walks, yoga, reading, cooking and gardening. I like to mostly keep to myself. I enjoy my own company and space, especially when unwinding after work.

I am seeking a room because my current flatmate is sadly moving away. I am hoping to find a peaceful and quite space to rent. I am currently a barista and tend to start work early - I am up shortly after 5 am most days. I will do my best to be as undestruptive as possible.
