Hi, I am looking for a calm, clean and respectful home near to the town centre. I’m quiet, tidy and keep to myself most of the time. I’m very considerate of shared spaces and like to keep things clean and organised. I am very organised with recycling and like to reduce waste as much as possible. I am a non-smoker and prefer a peaceful environment and the same from my co-tenants or the home-owner.

I work from home 4 days a week and in my spare time I will catch up with chores, go for a long walk or try a new recipe.

I’m ideally looking for a place that is relatively quiet, with a friendly but respectful household. Access to Internet, kitchen and laundry is important, and a stable, straightforward rental arrangement.
