Self contained studio flat in North/East London

Hi, I’m Jennifer, 32, working full-time in communications in North London.

I’m currently looking for a fully private studio flat (preferably split level or separate bed or kitchen area).

Outside of work I enjoy dancing, yoga, music and reading, so I’d love a space where I can relax and feel at home.

What I’m looking for:
• Budget: up to £1,250 (Before bills)
• Preferred areas: North/East London (good access to the Victoria or Northern line)
• Ideally good natural light and some separation of space (e. g. alcove or defined areas)
• Self-contained preferred, but open to the right flat share (max 1 other person)

I have a stable full-time income and can provide references if needed, and I’m ready to move fairly quickly for the right place.
