Hi,

My name is Matt and I am an Aussie working professional involved with international events and have recently picked up a contract working for the Comm Games in July/August.

I would like to rent the room for about 4-5 months until around the end of August.

I am an easy-going person, who likes to keep their spaces clean. I am a non-smoker, and I enjoy live music and live sport.

I like to be social and to have a drink or chat and not be total strangers, but also am respectful of other people’s personal space and time. I like to get out and see what good food and drink options are around, and on weekends tend to like going out on day-trips and hikes or just generally explore. I do a lot of travelling and have worked in various places so love a chat to just generally get to know the people I'm around.

I would be more than happy to provide references if you'd like them. I’ve just relocated from Sydney and am free any day after work this week or over the weekend.

I’m looking at moving in basically ASAP, of course pending what might get agreed.
