Hi, I’m a 19-year-old student looking for accommodation in Clapham or nearby South West London areas.

I’m a responsible and respectful tenant, and I’m able to meet rent through student finance and guarantor support. I’m looking for a clean, safe, and well-maintained place, ideally in a quiet and friendly household.

I would ideally like to live with flatmates who are easy to talk to and maintain a good, respectful relationship with, as I value a positive and comfortable living environment. If sharing, I’m looking for a room of my own.

My move-in date is from September 2026, aligned with the start of my studies. I’m happy to provide a guarantor and any additional information if required.
