Clean, friendly professional (32m) seeks calm home

Hey! I'm Guy, 32, originally from Nottingham, working as a Transport Planner.
I’m currently living in Brixton with friends, but they’re moving out to live with partners, so I’m looking for a new place to make home.

I work 9–5 and split my week between home and the office near Aldgate East (usually 2 days in office). Outside of work I'm fairly active: I go to the gym regularly, climb, and play football, but I also enjoy quieter evenings, reading, and cooking. I love films and it would be great to live with a fellow cinephile!

I’m pretty easy to live with: clean and tidy, respectful of space, and not a big partier. I don’t drink myself, but I’m absolutely fine spending time with people who do. I’m social and up for chatting, but also value living somewhere that feels relaxing and chill most of the time.

I’m looking for a clean, calm, and friendly house where people are considerate and get on, rather than just co-existing. I don't have pets but would love to live with any cats or dogs.
