Retiree requires room to rent long term
I am a 64 year old lady who is a non smoker and clean and tidy. I am looking for a small studio flat or room to rent long term. I am on benefits at the moment. I would prefer bills to be included. I don't mind pets. I would prefer to be within walking distance if local shops and bus services. I have some trouble with stairs so couldn't be higher than 1st floor.
