Mature Married Couple Seeking Flat to Care For

Hello!
We’re a responsible married couple looking for a flat to rent in London for around 12 months while we plan our next steps.
I’m 45, originally from Poland, and have lived in London for many years. I work as a pastry chef and am planning to begin studies at Birkbeck. My husband (35) moved to London from Sri Lanka around 18 months ago and works at reception at the RAC Club.

We’re currently moving on from a studio flat that I own, simply because it’s become too small for us as a couple.
We’re ideally looking for a situation where someone needs trustworthy, reliable tenants to look after their property—for example during travel or a temporary relocation. We would be very happy to pay a reduced rent in exchange for keeping the flat in excellent condition and ensuring everything is well cared for.
