Creative professional looking for a room

Hi, I’m Alberto — a fashion designer based in London, currently working in production while developing my own brand.

I’m looking for a room from the 1st of June. Ideally East London, but I’m open to other areas if the space and people feel right.

I’m at a stage where I’m really focusing on growing my work and building a stable, positive routine, so I’m looking for a home that feels calm, comfortable, and easy to live in.

In terms of space, I’m looking for:
• A large double room (~£850, bills included) where I can fit a table and my sewing machine
or
• A smaller room (~£650, bills included)

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. During the week I have a structured schedule (work, gym, and design time), and at home I like to keep things relaxed and peaceful. I occasionally work on my sewing machine at home, but it’s quiet and focused.

I’m sociable and enjoy a good chat or shared meal from time to time, but I also really value personal space and a balanced home environment.

I’d love to live with people who are considerate, open-minded, and take care of their space.

I’m ready for this next step and looking forward to finding a place that feels like home.
