Two mates looking to buddy up and find a 3/4 bed

Hi! We're James and Sam, two mates currently living in Essex and looking for others to join the search for a 3 or 4 bed in Bethnal Green / Bow / Hackney / Dalston (or somewhere in between!)

We're 25/26 year old professionals working in finance and consulting, both on a hybrid working basis. We both enjoy chilled evenings mid-week and are keen to find people with their own routines but equally who are up for the odd house dinner or spontaneous pub trip. We both have social groups in London but would enjoy living with people who want to get a good vibe going in the house and do stuff together on occassion.

A bit about us:

James - I'm active, like running, gym, trying any sport; but also love a beer garden on a sunny day. I'm tidy, easygoing and sociable. I enjoy cooking and am always happy to make enough for 1 more!

Sam - Similar to James, I tend to hit the gym at the beginning of the week and the pub towards the end. Also enjoy my cooking, getting outdoors, and sometimes a card game or two. I spent a while living in a flatshare in SW London and am keen to explore a new part of the city.
