Mature student looking for dog friendly accom

Hey!

I’m a mature student finishing my first year BSc at Birmingham Newman University. I currently live the opposite side of Birmingham near Solihull but need to be closer to uni for the next academic year. I have and currently still work/worked as a hospitality professional for 15 years. I receive a monthly wage plus finance through SFE. The main criteria I’m looking for is somewhere that will allow me and my 4 year old Labrador to stay. He is very well trained, he does not bark, chew, bite or generally impact a living space negatively in any way. I am willing to pay for the ability to have him with me, I can guarantee upkeep of the living space and a full deep clean upon termination.
