Hi, I’m James, a 36-year-old aesthetician looking to rent a room with someone who is kind, relaxed, and respectful.
I split my time between Cheshire and London due to work—I’m in Cheshire Monday to Thursday, then back in London from Thursday evening/Friday Morning. This means I’m usually only around about three nights a week, so I'm a very easygoing and low-impact flatmate.
I’m tidy, considerate, and appreciate a calm, friendly home environment. I’m always up for a chat but equally respect personal space.
I’m ideally looking to move in by the 1st of May, though I can be flexible and move a few weeks earlier if needed.
