Professional needs a room for work placement

Hello and thank you for considering my profile. I need a room in Leeds from 4th May to 23rd July (give or take a few days).

I am a doctor specialising in radiology and I am coming to Leeds on an honorary contract for additional work experience. I have a family back in the Midlands so I mostly need the room for during the working week.

My basic requirements are that I have somewhere to park the car and something reasonably quiet such that I can work and sleep comfortably. A place to keep a folding bike for commuting to work would be ideal (and any electric car charging would be great although not expected)!

I hope that I would a good housemate - the only thing that I should mention is that I may need to arrive later in the evening once a week or so, but I would try to be considerate about this. As I am working I will be out quite a lot. I have a reasonable budget but I don't want to break the bank as I have a mortgage etc to cover at home!

I am open-minded about who I may or may not be sharing the room with, and it would be nice to meet new people in a new setting. I have stayed a few times in Leeds for exams etc. and seems a great city to spend some time in.
