Professional female with small dog

Hello,

My names Sarah and I'm a working professional with my own business. I'm looking for a room to rent around the Ashford area for a minimum of 3 months and I'm happy with either somewhere in the countryside or in the town.
I drive and have an 11yr old small dog called matilda whom is very well behaved and goes everywhere with me, including work, which means she wouldnt be left unattended in the house during the working day.
Ideally I'm looking for a double room in a house with another female/s over the age of 30 (but would also consider a mixed household of male and female), parking either at the property or close by and a garden for tilly to enjoy.
I'm clean, tidy, considerate and easy going. I'm happy to socialise with my housemates or keep myself to myself.
I would be at the property Mon - Thurs then away Fri -Sun every week.
