Geordie relocating for work in Media City

I’d like a room with plenty of storage and either an en suite or a bathroom that’s not shared by loads of people. I’d also like a nice communal area where I can wind down to so I don’t have to spend my life in my room. I like alone time but I’m also very outgoing at times. I’d like to be social and make some new friends who can show me the area. I’m moving for work at the BBC so near or easy to get to Media City would be ideal. It’s a junior role so needs to be affordable, preferably bills included. I play rugby and I’m a bit of a nerd.
