Looking for a room in Edinburgh

Hi! I’m looking for a room in a sociable, respectful flatshare as my current landlady is selling our flat in Leith.

I’m 35 and work hybrid full-time in the George Square area. Outside of work, I’m fairly active, I love cycling, hiking, yoga and bouldering, but I’m also very happy with quiet nights in (board games, films, crochet and gaming).

I’m friendly and easy to get on with, but I also value my own space and downtime. I’m tidy, considerate in shared spaces, and I’m a big fan of open communication to keep the house running smoothly. I’m always happy to do my share of cleaning, chores, and the odd bit of DIY.

I’m also keen on wildlife conservation and volunteer with community groups focused on nature restoration and improving biodiversity locally and across Scotland.

My availability for viewings are weekdays in the evenings and most weekends.
