Looking to share with landlord or housemates

I’m Neil. I'm a 53-year old gay, cis-man and a long‑term Bristol local.
After 10 great years in my current place, living with my lovely landlord in south-Bristol, he has taken the decision to sell his property.
I’m ideally looking for a new, longer-term home to rent with a friendly landlord. Your property looks and sounds excellent.
I have a secure job in the city centre, supporting people with disabilities, mental health struggles, neurodiversity and general wellbeing. I'm office‑based Mon–Fri (with the exception of 1 or 2 days working from home to catch-up on admin). I’m tidy, sociable, respectful, chilled, and value open communication.
I have a creative background (fashion degree), though have settled into a much more reliable career. I love cinema, theatre, gigs, art, galleries, food and cooking (when appropriate).
