I am professional Project Manager starting a new 6 month contract for a local company.
I am looking for a single/double room, preferably with en-suite but definitely use of a shower and hopefully kitchen facilities, plus parking and WiFi would be great.
I am 6ft tall, slim, good sense of humour, don't smoke and have no pets, I am friendly and polite.
I would need the accommodation possibly from the 6th or 20th April.
I have no preference to who else is lodging but would prefer they be quieter in the evenings as I will be getting up early.
I look forward to chatting and hopefully we can come to an agreement soon.
