I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat to rent - the whole property (no sharing). I work full time in Parsons Green and I am also an artist occasionally selling my art through a gallery in Fulham. I would like to find a property within approx. 25 mins commuting time to Wimbledon station or Clapham Junction etc route that would give me a commute time of less than 40mins. I have no pets. I keep my home very clean and tidy and am quiet in the home. I don’t entertain at home apart from family visits from my grown up children. As I am self employed I would be happy to secure several months rent in advance or show savings etc.
