Responsible Sisters (25 & 37) seeking 3-month stay

Hi there!

My sister (37) and I (25) from Europe are looking for a room in a pleasant, quiet household for approximately 3 months. I am currently arranging an Erasmus work exchange in London, and my sister will be joining me for the duration of the stay.

What we are looking for:

Location: Ideally in London or well-connected commuter towns (St Albans, Watford, Reading, etc.) within 30 minutes of the city.

Accommodation: We are happy to share one room.

Duration: 3 months

Our Offer (We are open to either):

Financial Contribution: A monthly contribution of €700 (approx. £580).

Help-for-Stay (Homeshare): Alternatively, we are very interested in a cultural exchange or homeshare arrangement. In exchange for our stay, we can provide 10–15 hours of help per week. This includes light cleaning, cooking delicious meals, grocery shopping, running errands, or simply providing friendly company and peace of mind for a homeowner.

About us:
We are a mature, quiet, and tidy duo. We are non-smokers and definitely not "party people"—we much prefer culture, music, and the arts. As a team of two (ages 25 and 37), we can offer extra support and reliability to a household. We value open communication and a peaceful living environment.
