36 year old gay professional in Colchester

Hiya, I am a 36 year old, full-time working professional in education in Colchester. My current landlord is selling up so I have to leave at the end of April. Me - I am a single gay man and vegan, but I am not fussed by other people's sexuality or food preferences. I tend to keep myself to myself as I'm quite shy but I will always have a little hi and chat. I tend to go to the 24 hour gym (Gym Group) and work at the Sixth Form (on North Hill). I am hoping for somewhere close to these, so I don't have to walk far day to day and get more sleep, maybe pop home for lunch. :-) My budget is ideally between 550-750 a month. I paid 796 in my last property including all bills but this was literally right next to my work and a beautiful big house, so I wouldn't be totally adverse to a higher amount, but it does make my budgeting a bit tougher!
