Fully employed, starting over

Looking for a double room (but open to single room) in a quiet house, with bills included if possible. I am clean and conscious of keeping common areas tidy and presentable - I work as a cleaner myself, so it is my preference.

I am moving from my current accommodation due to a breakdown of a relationship. Starting over as I have very few possessions in terms of furniture/goods, and I think finding some housemates would be better for me than wallowing and isolating myself. (If you enjoy a bit of a gossip, then I got stories for you!)

I am employed, usually 4 days a week but long-ish hours on those days. Most weeks are equivalent of full time hours. I work in the city centre and don't drive, so need decent transport links to Preston.

I love cats and dogs (and any sort of pet), in fact, they are a bonus!

I mostly vape these days and am happy to do it outside the house. If I do smoke it will also be outside and away from the house.

I'm generally pretty quiet and my hobbies are quite solitary, though I occasionally get out to watch bands and such. I also like the occasional adventure out hiking, love nature and wildlife. I am always open to a chat though and happy to hear from housemates.

I have an unhealthy dependence on tea and coffee!
