Lodge, summerhouse or room for rent

Hey! I am currently up for consideration for a new job role in Godalming at the referral practice. I would preferably like to rent an external building to the main property ie a lodge or summerhouse at the bottom of someone’s garden or land. I appreciate privacy so would bare this in mind for landlords that would like their own space however I am just as chatty and would be up for conversation anytime. I do have two cats that would need to come with me hence why I would need a garden and big enough space for them. They have also grown up with dogs their whole lives so they are extremely adaptable to new environments. The new job role would consist of 7 nights on, 7 nights off which is why an external building would be a lot better as I would not need to disturb anyone leaving or entering the property.
