Looking for someone to find a two bed flat with

I'm looking for somebody to find a two bed flat anywhere around east London. Ideally near Leytonstone but I am open to other options depending on price and location. I am an audio engineer and therefore can work some strange hours but mostly during the day. I have a large collection of plants, records and keyboards/synths so if you're a musician that would be great. lgbt friendly and nuerodivergent friendly as I fall into those categories myself. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, cooking being out in nature all the usual things. Ideally I would be able to meet before going ahead with any viewings to see how we get on as finding the correct person is important to me.
