Student looking for room near MMU

Hi, I’m a student at MMU looking for a room in central or south Manchester within walking distance to uni. I’m clean, respectful and easy to live with, and I like to keep shared spaces tidy while being mindful of noise and other people’s routines. I’m mainly focused on my studies and would prefer a calm, comfortable home environment. My budget is £600 per month and I’m looking to move in from April 2026. Ideally I’m looking for a furnished room in a safe, well-connected area with considerate housemates, and I’d also be open to buddying up with someone to find a place together.
