I am a working professional based locally, combining personal training with driving. My work involves early starts and varied hours, so having a calm and stable environment is important for me to maintain a consistent routine.

Following a recent change in circumstances, I am now looking to secure a place that offers stability and privacy. Ideally this would be a studio or self-contained space, however I am also open to a house share that provides a similar level of quiet, respect, and independence.

I am respectful, clean, and keep to myself. I do not smoke and I am not looking for a social or busy household — I value a peaceful environment where everyone respects each other’s space.

I have strong ties to the local area through both my work and family, so I am looking to stay within the area long term.
