Scientist looking for double room

Hi,
I am a 30 year old, male, scientist working at MIlton Park and am looking for a double room (preferably en-suite) for long term accommodation in Abingdon (or surrounding areas with good bus links to Milton and Oxford) from some time in May (exact date flexible).

I am a clean and tidy person, who enjoys cooking and baking (expect free brownies and cupcakes on random days), as well as sports, reading and the occasional trip to the theatre. I am not huge on big parties, but I do appreciate social time with friends, be it a walk, a pub or over dinner.
Ideally I'd like to live with people where we can become genuine friends rather than just flatmates sharing a house.

I do not smoke, and do not have any pets.
