Quiet linguist looking for room!

Hello!! My name's Melissa, and I'm a Cambridge graduated linguist working for a language technology company supporting endangered and minority languages. I work with Scottish Gaelic. I'm currently in Taiwan and looking to move back to Cambridge from the end of May. I'm interested in the room and would love to chat about it. A bit about me: I'm 28, interested in languages, writing, love gymnastics (though am not exactly good at it...), analog life, reading and walking/hiking. I'm looking for a long term rental. I'd be working from home often but going to the UL and other libraries most days for at least part of the day. I'm quite introverted in terms of hobbies, but chatty and fun when I know someone well and have energy. I'm a lesbian - it doesn't bother me who you date and it's not relevant to daily conversation, but honesty matters to me, so if it bothers you, maybe we're not the right fit. I'm tidy and clean, and would be interested in getting a biweekly cleaner to tackle the deeper stuff. We did that in my past house share and it worked well for the stuff like windows and sides of ovens that nobody felt passionate about doing....! I am not a great cook, but I do my best. I would be interested in getting small pets (depending on space, fish, gerbils, rabbit), but it's not a deal breaker.
