Looking for a room to rent :)

Hi everyone,

This is Timothy, I’m currently looking for a room to rent with a budget of up to £1500 per month. Ideally, I’m hoping to find a clean, comfortable, and well-connected place in London with friendly and respectful housemates.

A bit about me:

-I'm a professional and have been living and working in the UK for over 7 years now ( working in London since 2022).
-I’m a non-smoker and don’t drink but I am very easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
-I love going out when it's nice weather, trying new good food places, and especially playing table tennis lol.
-Sociable and get along well with people from all backgrounds, but also mindful of personal space
-Reliable with rent and very easy to communicate with.

I’m open to different types of households—whether it’s a social home or a quieter environment—as long as there’s mutual respect and a positive atmosphere.
